A: Our gallery uses Adobe

Q: What is commercial
registration?
A: Commercial registration is
a requirement for retailers, wholesalers, company
reps, and others who wish to conduct business with
Peternut Comics. It is a simple form used to
communicate with our current and potential business
associates.
You will be sent an email notification with
directions to log in to your
account.

Q: How long does it take to
receive my order?
A: Images are instantly
downloadable after payment and remain available for a
few minutes. Manual orders are sent as an email
attachment or mailed as a CD/DVD. Other products are
mailed using the most relevant shipping method
available. Delivery should occur within two to three
weeks. International shipping could take as long as 4
weeks or longer. Customs and Duty charges are the
responsibility of the
purchaser.

Q: What do you charge for
shipping?
A: There is no charge to ship
a CD/DVD. Other products have a shipping and handling
fee at checkout.

Q: What if I don't like
something, or it breaks during
shipping.
A: Your complete satisfaction
is very important to us! We guarantee image quality
on email attachments, CD/DVD's and other products. We
will work with you to solve any problems that may
arise. On other products a 30 day money back
guarantee, less appropriate shipping fees apply. Item
must be in original condition. Due to
the nature of shipping glass products, we do not
accept returns on frames with broken glass. We make
every attempt to pack our frames securely for a safe
shipment.

Q: How do I cancel an
order?
A: If you need to cancel your
order, simply email us at the address below, or use
our form.

Q: I do not live in Canada.
May I still license images or buy
products?
A: You sure can! We ship
images and products all over the
world!

Q: Can you burn a CD/DVD and
in which formats?
A: We can supply a CD/DVD in
ISO 9660, Mac Files & Folders, and Mac/ISO
Hybrid.

Q: What image formats can you
supply?
A: Downloadable iimages are
5"x5" at 400 ppi resolution in PNG format. Other
formats available include Adobe PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and
GIF. Unique formats can be arranged, just let us know
your requirements.

Q: May I pay using Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover or
PayPal?
A: You may pay using any of
the above through PayPal. *Note: you do not
need a PayPal account to pay for your purchase
online.

Q: May I pay by cheque or
money order?
A: Money orders are
accepted, but cheques are not. To purchase
products send the money order quoting your online
